Our experience included the provision of independent cost estimates and schedules enabling assurance to contractors’ costs and schedules during both the pre-FEED and FEED phases of the project. The independent advice ensures that our clients can make informed decisions around current and future cost and time considerations. We use Front End Estimating System and Primavera Palisade (P6 and @Risk) software.

Our experience includes the provision of contract management from local engagement to oversight of fabrication yards in SE Asia & China. Our independent opinion was sort on approaches to technical issues that had manifested themselves to have potential commercial or contractual impacts.
